Every Zion Rolling Co tray is built after you order it, not pulled from existing stock. Current estimated build time is [LEAD TIME]; we will confirm a firmer estimate as our production process matures, and will always show it clearly before you check out.
Shipping
Free shipping is included on every order within the United States. We ship via [CARRIER], and you will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Shipping restrictions
Because this is a wood tray and accessory intended for adult use, we are only able to ship to addresses in jurisdictions where that is permitted under local law, and only to customers who have confirmed they are 21 or older. We may be unable to ship to certain states or regions; if that affects your order, we will contact you before charging your card.
Damage in transit

Returns and exchanges
Because each tray is cut, joined, and finished specifically for your order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. This is standard practice for made-to-order goods, and we will make sure the wood, price, and details are clear before you place your order.
